WTF Basic Bicycle Mechanics Class (Women, Trans, Femme)

May 28 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

$30.00

The perfect intro course for someone wanting to learn how to fix their bike.

This is exactly the same course as our Basic Bicycle Maintenance Class but with the added benefit of a more intentionally inclusive space for women, trans, or femme identifying bike riders.

Our basic bicycle maintenance course teaches participants bicycle anatomy, how to change a flat tire, and the basics of how to maintain their drivetrain. By the end of this course students will be able to name the components of their bicycle, change a flat tire, and discern when to lubricate and replace their bicycle chain.

This is a one-time, 2-hour class. Students are encouraged to bring their own bikes for practicing and will also receive a one-month membership to the DIY Workspace with registration.

Maximum class size is 4 students.
