Pre-BBQ Group Ride to Kelley Point Park this Saturday, September 20th
Looking to get a ride in before the Bikes ‘n’ BBQ Bash on Saturday?
Janis McDonald, a Community Cycling Center board member and Project Manager of the Women on Bikes program, and Jeff Smith, Project Manager of the Portland By Cycle program, will be leading a co-ed ride from NE 35th Place and Skidmore to Kelley Point Park and then back to the BBQ at Wilshire Park. The ride is FREE and open to all. Participants can show up for juice and bagels starting at 9 am to meet other riders interested in winter group riding. The ride will leave at 9:45 am.
What: 20-mile group ride to Kelley Point Park (there is a 10-mile option as well)
Where: Meet at the corner of NE Skidmore and 35th Place (Wilshire Park)
When: 9-9:45am until 12:00pm (approximately)
