Introducing Britt Appleton, Social Media Specialist
My name is Britt Appleton and since November I have been the Social Media Specialist for the Community Cycling Center. Since I am doing most of our Tweeting and Facebook posting, I wanted to introduce myself.
I have been designing, illustrating, writing and blogging in Portland for a few years now. In 2010, I began volunteering as a graphic designer for the Community Cycling Center. Volunteering is rather addictive and soon I was dreaming of working here. The people around me are doing powerful work very thoughtfully and it makes me happy to be a part of it.
