Join “See and Be Seen” Bike Light Parade
The City of Portland Office of Transportation, Portland State University, and the Community Cycling Center have teamed up with Lamar Advertising on a safety campaign to urge cyclists to use bike lights and to urge motorists to look for cyclists.
When: Thursday, November 15 at 6pm
Where: Meet at W. Burnside and Park for a bike light contest (bring your bling!) followed by a fun & safe bike light parade.
Who: City Commissioner Sam Adams; Susan Remmers, Executive Director of the Community Cycling Center; Lots of bicyclists with brightly lit bikes!
