Join us at the Alberta Street Fair
It’s time once again for that annual hullabaloo of Northeast Portland fun, the Alberta Street Fair! Now in its 14th year, the fair will bring a day of merriment to Alberta, stretching all the way from NE 10th to 30th. We’re happy to say we’ll be in on the excitement, too!
- Bake Sale: From Noon to 4pm, stop by our shop for a fundraising bake sale. What better way to support the Community Cycling Center than with a cookie? One of our awesome volunteers has organized this afternoon of tasty treats. We’re sure you’ll find something to tempt your tastebuds, so stop by and have a look.
- Quick Fix: Have a bike in need of a little fixin’? Come on down and have our friendly volunteer mechanics help you with quick fixes- for free! Maybe you have a flat tire, tired brake cables, or you just need some lube on your chain. We can help.
We’re really looking forward to this day of community and fun. In addition to the opportunity to patronize all of the great businesses on Alberta, there will be a kid’s parade at 11am, three stages of live music, many food carts and street vendors, and a beer garden. A special thanks to our neighbors at the Alberta Main Street Project for all the hard work organizing the street fair. We’ll see you there!
