Worst Day of the Year Ride – Sign up with friends and family today!
Good food, damp route, silly costumes, ridiculous amounts of fun
Now in its eighth year, the Worst Day of the Year Ride has become a quirky Portland tradition for riders of all ages and skill levels. It is a great opportunity to shrug off the winter blahs and get out on the road with your friends and neighbors.
Ride your choice of two scenic loop routes while enjoying hot drinks, themed rest stops, and a costume contest, all while supporting the Community Cycling Center’s innovative earn-a-bike programs for youth and adults.
The ride is goofy, meandering, and created with a diversity of participants in mind – whether you’re a fair weather rider or an all-weather, Lycra-wearing toughie, this ride is for you!
New this year: The organizers have lowered the price of admission for children. It now costs only $10 for children 10 years old and younger to register.
