Great bikes at the shop
Our racks are overflowing with goodies down at our neighborhood bike shop on Alberta. Whether you’re looking for your first commuter bike, a family riding chariot, a zippy racer for summer training, or you’re on the hunt for a dreamy vintage bike, we’ve got something for you. Here’s a small sample of some of our shop favorites.
If the warm weather has you itching to start bike commuting, this 18″ REI Novara “Aspen” could be the perfect bike for you. For $395, you get a bike that will be a strong steed anywhere you need to go. With star grips on the handlebars, you’ll have just enough flair to feel like a cool kid.
This gorgeous late 1970’s vintage Lotus “Competition” road bike is 58cm and $1,150. What really makes it incredible is that it includes a complete Campagnolo component set on it. This is the kind of ride old-school bike lovers dream about.
Do you need an Xtracycle to carry your kids (or your friends, groceries, pedal powered blender, kitchen sink) around? This 16″ Univega “Alpine 503” has been converted to an Xtracycle and is available for $995. It’s configured in such a way to be comfortable for a variety of heights.
Looking for a light weight racing bike? This bright yellow KHS “Flite” road bike is 50cm and $650. It’s an all aluminum frame with a carbon fiber fork, making it light and fast.
Need an excuse to go enjoy the sunshine on the other side of the Cascades? This 21″ Mongoose “Rockadile” mountain bike makes for a great reason to go mountain biking in eastern Oregon. For $595 you’ll have the suspension to take you down the rockiest hills.
We also offer As Is aka DIY bicycles for our customers on a budget. DIY bikes are not refurbished, but they have been evaluated by our professional mechanics. On average, our As Is bikes are under $100.
